Note: Monson, Cro Cop, and Kongo are all added to the considered list. Monson has won his last six fights including a good win over Sergei Kharitnov this month. Cro Cop is undefeated in his last three fights. Kongo has won his last three fights and looked good in his win this month over Antoni Hardonk.

Also, Thiago, and Trigg slide into number nine and ten due to the inactivity of Serra (who comes off the list) and Hieron. Hayato Sakurai is added to the consideration list after winning his last three fights and beating Shinya Aoki this month.

Carvalho has beaten the likes of Hioki, Sato, and Inoue. Nam Phan moves on to the list. Phan beat Kadakowi last month at Sengoku 7. Mishima moves in to the last spot as Tamura moves down to BW. Last but not least Jeff Curran also comes off the list after moving down to 135.

Mizugaki stays ahead of the pack after losing to Torres and Ribeiro stays ahead of Galvao after losing to Bowles. Yahya moves on to the list after Koetsu comes off due to Tapia and Yamamoto both coming off losses.
